The following are links to some of my recent cases that have made the news. I have
also included dispositions on several other recent notable cases.  The cases listed
include only  those that have went to trial or have been outright dismissed.
I have included not only wins, but also losses.  I do this for two reasons.  First, I feel it
would be misleading to only include cases where I have prevailed.  Second, I do so to
make that point that all criminal cases are different and to further underscore that point;
in criminal cases, the only guarantee I ever give any client is that I will work as hard as
I can  to achieve the best possible result.
